Full price items (excluding earrings) can be returned within 30 days of purchase. Please note that shipping is non-refundable.
If you do wish to return a piece, jewellery must not be worn or used and must be returned in the original packaging. If we deem the item to have been worn, used, scratched or damaged in any way, we reserve the right to deny a return.
Incorrect colour or size purchase are considered a change of mind and you will receive a credit to repurchase the correct colour or size of an item, excluding earrings. Please note that shipping charges are not included in the store credit.
Exchange is subject to stock availability. If the stock is unavailable, a store credit will be issued.
For hygiene reasons, we cannot offer a return or exchange on any earring product unless they are faulty.
Return shipping costs, government taxes and duties for international and domestic orders and any paid customs charges are not covered in our returns policy.
To Return an item:
We offer 30 days warranty on our jewellery. Once past the warranty period, we do not cover general wear & tear or neglect of jewellery, accidents or misuse by the customer such as jewellery which has become bent or damaged after purchase. Please check our Care Guide on how to care for your precious pieces.
Please email us at shop@thereshegoes.shop within 7 days of your purchase if you are not satisfied with your purchase to discuss the issue and arrange a refund or exchange. Please include a note with your name and order number.
It is the customers responsibility to ensure the item is returned safely, it is recommended that jewellery is returned via a trackable method. We are not responsible for any loss or damage to parcels returned to us.
It is at our discretion as to whether an item will be replaced and refunds can not be processed or guaranteed until the items have been returned and inspected by us.
All sale and promotional products are considered final sales and cannot be returned.
