Order Processing

All orders will be processed within 48-72 hours on business days; and shipped via your nominated shipping service. 

Please provide us with a complete shipping address. We will not accept responsibility for packages that are lost or undelivered due to an incomplete address and we are unable to change a delivery address once an order has been shipped.

We are not able to issue refunds due to unexpected shipping delays and once the order has been submitted, we are unable to change or cancel the order.

• Australian Standard Shipping Costs - $8.00
• Australian Express Shipping Costs - $10.00

International Standard Shipping Costs  

• New Zealand Shipping - $15.00
• International Shipping - $25.00

All deliveries will be sent via our various Domestic and Express Post services. We endeavour to have all deliveries arrive within 3-7 working days within Australia. For New Zealand deliveries, please allow 7-10 working days and for all other destinations globally, please allow 14-21 working days.

International orders may incur customs duties and taxes. As the receiver, you are liable for all import duties, customs and local sales taxes levied by the country you are shipping to. We are unable to refund you if you refuse the package because of customs charges. There She Goes is not responsible for the courier cost of any returns.

In the event that a package is destroyed or not returned to us by customs because it does not meet the entry requirements to your country, There She Goes will not be able to refund the customer.
